What We Check
Unified work permit and resident card
Whether they’re still valid, and when they expire.
Registration at place of stay
Whether it exists, and whether it’s overdue.
Employer match
Whether the employer on paper is the one the person actually works for.
Employment contract
Whether it’s signed, and whether the terms match reality.
Renewal deadlines
Whether it’s time to file for renewal, so nothing lapses.
For each worker, we’ll tell you plainly: fine, expiring soon, or already overdue.
How It Works
You submit a request
Name, phone number, site address, how many foreign workers you have.
We agree on a time
Usually within 2–3 days.
We come to the site
We review the documents. Takes about an hour.
You get a written report
What’s fine, where the risk is, and what it costs to fix. Free, no obligation.
We’re not a government body. And we don’t report anything to anyone.
The audit is completely confidential. Our job is to help you get things in order before an inspection — not to report violations. Whatever we see stays between us. If you want, we’ll sign a confidentiality agreement.
What You Get
- The full picture for each foreign worker
- A list of problems and what each one risks
- A clear plan: what to fix and what it costs
- Peace of mind — the inspection won’t catch you off guard
Expired documents aren’t a small thing.
For the worker: a fine, deportation, an entry ban. For the employer: fines for employing foreign workers without a permit, and the risk of ending up on the Unreliable Employers Register. After that, hiring new workers gets a lot harder. It’s easier to check now than to sort it out after an inspection.
If you are yet to hire, we have set out the procedure step by step in the employer's guide.
The audit is free. Fixing violations isn’t.
If we find problems, we’ll offer to fix them: renew the registration, arrange the permit, put the contracts in order. You decide — with us or with anyone else. The report is yours either way.
